What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?

Jiminny Stands out from other similar products majorly due to its features like- coaching capabilities, call recordings, screen share, customer support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

talking with customers, adjusting talk tracks, AI call summary. We are able to share our calls it also helps when someone has left the company and I can quickly go in and listen to their conversation

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I find the toll is very useful and has all the features that needed- so not any recommendation. If possible to try to provide customer support in more efficient way

some limitations, nothing too big really. Transcripts are a bit unreliable at times
