What differentiates eClinical Works Patient Engagement from other similar products?

eClW makes patient communication easy with their portals, telehealth and reminders. It’s all in one system so no need for extra add ons. The healow app is a plus but the interface feels a bit outdated. Great for eCW users wanting a simple, connected solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about eClinicalWorks Patient Engagement is how smoothly it integrates with the EHR. Everything like patient portals, telehealth, and reminders works within the same system, so there’s no need for third party tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface seems old and it’s not very flexible. It works well but it could be easier to use and customize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re already using eClinicalWorks, this is a great all in one solution for patient communication. It’s easy to manage with built in tools like portals and telehealth.
