What differentiates Clarity from other similar products?

By using Clarity we have discovered that it is possible to establish an order, properly plan business plans, schedule and manage various projects from different perspectives, creating an open channel for work efficiency, training efficient professionals and allowing us to unify a better work flow in various departments. We achieve business satisfaction from paying payroll on time, from solving and responding to different tickets, and with automation we have managed to save time on manual work and increasing performance in each of the projects we carry out. There is no doubt that Clarity is the best solution to our PPM problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It fulfills its main functions, which is to maintain efficient project management, perfectly. It is the ideal solution to achieve an optimal workflow. It has tools such as payroll management, ticket requests, request tracking, and an incredible automation process, which make Clarity a very useful platform. It allows you to develop reports that significantly complement the tracking function, creating a safe space to work on new strategies and facilitating the centralization of data. With Clarity we can offer a fast response time, plan, schedule, and project our business strategies on a large scale.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be a somewhat slow tool. When generating tickets, it can sometimes take too long to give a response, its processing can be late and this interferes with the response time. Likewise, when logging in, it also happens, which is something that becomes routine and we would like to see improvements one day. There is a steep learning curve, it takes time and work to understand some advanced functions, fortunately it offers enough training and documentation to achieve understanding of its configuration sooner or later. The mobile application has some synchronization failures.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clarity is the best PPM solution that is absolutely worth trying. There is no doubt that the workflow requires attention and although it has a somewhat difficult initial learning curve, it is possible to implement the platform into the work system and achieve much more detailed work planning, following a timeline for the scope of projects, carrying out extensive programming and an efficient workflow.

Out of the box feature would not include the many items that project management tools need. So need to pay extra.

The user interface should be improved.eg: different colours for in progress, submitted, approved

Best product for timesheet management and to do customer billing by pulling the actual hours spent for every project,ease of administration
