Amazon Lex is different because it uses the same technology as Alexa, works perfectly with other AWS services, and makes it easy to build chatbots that understand both text and voice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Amazon Lex is how easily it connects with other AWS services, making it simple to build powerful and scalable chatbots. Plus, the voice integration feels really smooth and natural.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don’t like about Amazon Lex is that it can be pricey as your usage increases, and it’s a bit tricky to set up if you’re not used to working with AWS.
