What differentiates Achievers Employee Experience Platform from other similar products?

Easy of use, admin part, reporting, overal experience in navigating, as an administrator, generating reports related to payroll. As an user very simple to view my profile, submit a request, view all list of vendors, get electronic confirmation, very fast in receiving rewards, very large list of possibilitie on how to use points, also it shows dollar amounts which less confusing.. You can use and share points with you co-worker, congratulate co-worker, say thank you to a co-worker. Icon or worklets are located on the front page and very understandable, I can also view section Community Feeds, on what's going. We can use emojis, GIFs to expres

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A point based recognition systems allows to accrue points/ dollars which is very simple and we don't have to convert them. I can later redeem for a reward of their choice. Ability to boost your points, With a gift card, we can can visit a merchant online or in-person and buy whatever we like. Feed Communities, boosting, share and give your points to a co-worker.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like this product and all its aspects

The product has fully eliminated communications inefficiencies. Has enabled unbiased employee award recognition.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Long time loading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For efficiency in employee communication these is the product to go. It has features such as instant messaging,newsletters creation and mobile emergency notification. The product is also very effective in award recognition.
